The inspiration for this artwork came from a picture of a man standing between two cliffs. The cliffs symbolize the time of a person's life course. Time is a concept borrowed to man by the Creator. The cliffs formed in a time that is independent of man and show the imprint of the Creator in his world. In the face of these “cliffs of time” man feels his nothingness and his absolute living connection to the Creator of everything.
